I'm Long Phan.
I've spent over a decade in accounting and finance, with recent experience as a finance systems manager — working hands-on with system automation, workflow design, and process improvement inside a real finance organization. That work taught me something most consultants don't get to see firsthand: the gap between "this should be automated" and actually building something a team can rely on every day.
